Abstract

Based on data analysis that the author alakukan, then in the following things: From the results if the data and analysis done with statistics with the tools SPSS, it can be concluded sebegai follows: (1). The sig value. Speed ​​variable obtained 0.090, then 0.090> 0.05. Thus Speed ​​has a significant influence on the Satisfaction of Society, but its influence is not too significant to variable Satisfaction (Y) at Pecong Society of Batam. (2). The sig value. Hospitality variables obtained sig value 0.464, then 0.46.4> 0.05. Thus the variables of Hospitality have an influence on the variable of interest to Satisfaction of Society. (3). The sig value. Variables Accuracy of 0.172, then 0.172> 0.05. Thus the variables Accuracy affect the variable Satisfaction of society. (4). The sig value. Facility variable is 0.182, then 0.182> 0.05. Thus the variables of the Facility affect the variable Satisfaction of society. (5). Determination test of R-Square value .53,1 or 53,1%, hence can be concluded that varaibel diversity of Speed, Hospitality and accuracy and facility contribute to society satisfaction variable equal to 53,1% in Pecong Melur, Batam. While the rest is influenced by other variables that are not researched here.
