PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KESEJAHTERAAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR SATPOL PAMONG PRAJA KOTA BATAM
Based on the description in the previous chapter, it can generally be summarized as follows: (1). In testing hypothesis whether job motivation variable have an effect on Work Productivity, then Because t arithmetic (13,939)> t table (1,697), Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, that is; Significant regression coefficient or Job Motivation variable affecting Work Productivity. (2). In testing the hypothesis whether the variable Welfare Affects Employee Employee Productivity, then Because t arithmetic (8.648)> t table (1.697), then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, that is; Significant regression coefficient or welfare variable has an effect on to variable of work productivity of Satpol PP employee of Batam City. (3). In testing the hypothesis whether the variables Working Motivation Employees and Welfare simultaneously affect the Employee Employee Productivity. Anova test yielded F counted 10,216> F table 2,93 with significance level (probability number) equal to 0,05. F arithmetic> F table then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted. Then the regression coefficient of Keja Motivation (X1), and Welfare (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on the variable of Work Productivity (Y). (4). From the results of the test ad, can be found that employee motivation has a dominant influence on employee productivity compared to welfare. This indicates that the motivation of Satpol PP employees in terms of working very well.
